Samantha Cole
Head of Department

Samantha joined Cyril Morris Arkwright in 2010, after working for the Crown Prosecution Service for 11 years. She qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and became a Partner in the firm in May 2019.  Her practice now encompasses both family law and the representation of clients in criminal matters, including as a duty solicitor. Samantha is also the supervisor in the Family Department being a member of the Family Law Panel.

Samantha’s practice covers all types of family and criminal law matters. She has advised upon applications for contact and residence for a parent living outside of the United Kingdom. Represented parents where the local authority have issued proceedings. She has particular knowledge of non accidental injury cases and has also represented a client in appeal proceedings in the Supreme Court. 

Georgia Clancy.

Georgia joined CMA Solicitors in May 2023, after finishing her degree at Edge Hill University. Georgia received a Bachelor Of Laws With Honours with 2:1.

Georgia is currently a Trainee Solicitor completing her Solicitor Apprenticeship.  She is studying towards her SQE 1 & 2 exams in order to become a fully qualified solicitor.

Georgia is hoping to specialise in Family Law and currently works in the Family Law Department at CMA Solicitors.
